La Germania 90cm Gas on Glass Hob with Central Dual Wok – P905CLAGGN
The P905CLAGGN La Germania 90cm Gas on Glass Hob is the flagship built-in hob in the La Germania lineup. Five gas burners crowned by a central 5 kW dual wok, matt black monobloc burners, single cast iron pan supports, and a polished tempered black glass surface with bevelled edge: this is the hob that transforms your countertop into a professional cooking station. At 90 cm, it provides the widest cooking surface available, with enough room for five large pots running simultaneously. Made in Italy by Bertazzoni since 1882.
5 Gas Burners with Central 5 kW Dual Wok
The P905CLAGGN is topped by a 5 kW dual wok burner positioned at the center, the most powerful burner in the La Germania hob range. The dual-ring design offers two modes: inner ring alone for small pots and gentle heat, or both rings at full power for large-scale boiling, searing, and wok cooking.
The 5 kW dual wok brings water to a boil faster than any other burner in the range and gives you the fierce heat that stir-frying, searing, and caramelizing demand.
90 cm: The Full-Size Professional Format
At 90 cm, the P905CLAGGN is the widest hob La Germania offers. The extra width means more space between burners, so you can use five large pots simultaneously without handles colliding or lids bumping. For Lebanese families who cook multi-course meals daily, who host weekend gatherings, or who simply need the freedom to run every zone at once without compromise, 90 cm is the format that delivers.
Tempered Black Glass with Monobloc Burners
The 6 mm tempered black glass surface stretches across the full 90 cm width, creating a dramatic, all-black cooking station that is as stunning to look at as it is easy to maintain. La Germania’s matt black monobloc burners combine the cap, flame spreader, and body into a single seamless unit: no parts to misalign, no gaps for grease, and a perfectly centered flame every time. The bevelled front edge adds a refined finishing detail and allows for semi-flush installation.
After cooking, a quick wipe with a damp cloth restores the entire surface to showroom condition. No grates to disassemble, no drip pans to scrub.
Single Cast Iron Pan Supports
Each burner features its own single cast iron pan support, providing independent stability for every pot. The individual design lets you remove and clean one support without disturbing the others. Cast iron is the professional kitchen standard: it handles extreme temperatures, absorbs impact, and gets more durable with years of use.
Full Safety with “Mille Luci” Metal Controls
A flame failure safety device on all five burners automatically shuts off gas if any flame goes out. One-hand ignition fires each burner with a single twist. Front-mounted metal knobs with the signature “Mille Luci” finish provide precise flame control with a cool-touch, professional feel.
The hob draws only 1W of electrical power for ignition. During Lebanon’s power outages, every burner lights manually with a match. Your cooking never depends on the grid.
