La Germania Cooker Top 75cm

La Germania 75cm Gas on Glass Hob with Central Wok – P755CLAGGN

The P755CLAGGN La Germania 75cm Gas on Glass Hob gives you five gas burners and a central 4 kW wok on a polished tempered black glass surface that is as beautiful to look at as it is easy to clean. With matt black monobloc burners, single cast iron pan supports, flame failure safety on every burner, and front-mounted metal “Mille Luci” control knobs, this 75 cm hob sits perfectly between the compact 60 cm and the full-size 90 cm, making it the ideal choice for Lebanese kitchens that need an extra burner without sacrificing countertop space. Made in Italy by Bertazzoni since 1882.

5 Gas Burners with Central 4 kW Wok

The P755CLAGGN places the 4 kW wok burner at the center of the hob, surrounded by four supporting burners. This layout gives the wok maximum space on all sides and positions the highest-heat zone where it is easiest to reach.

Five burners running simultaneously means a complete Lebanese meal, from start to finish, prepared in one session without waiting for a zone to free up.

75 cm: The Perfect Middle Ground

The 75 cm format is La Germania’s smartest size for many kitchens. It fits into the same countertop cutout as the 60 cm model, so you can upgrade from four burners to five without modifying your cabinetry. Yet it gives you 25% more cooking surface than a 60 cm hob, with the all-important fifth burner that makes multi-dish cooking genuinely comfortable. For Lebanese households that cook daily for five or more people, that extra zone is the difference between a stressful kitchen and a relaxed one.

Tempered Black Glass with Monobloc Burners

The 6 mm tempered black glass surface creates a striking, all-black cooking area with no visible seams or edges. La Germania’s matt black monobloc burners combine the cap, flame spreader, and body into a single unit for faster cleanup, a perfectly centered flame every time, and a refined aesthetic that coordinates with the glass surface. The bevelled front edge adds a polished detail and allows for semi-flush installation.

After cooking, a single wipe restores the glass to its showroom finish. No grates to lift, no drip trays to scrub, no crevices where grease accumulates.

Single Cast Iron Pan Supports

Each burner zone features its own single cast iron pan support, providing independent, rock-solid stability. The height is optimized for maximum heat transfer from burner to pan, reducing energy waste and cooking time. Cast iron handles extreme temperatures, absorbs daily impact, and lasts a lifetime.

Full Safety and Metal Controls

A flame failure safety device on every burner automatically shuts off gas if a flame goes out. One-hand ignition fires each burner with a single twist. Front-mounted metal knobs with the signature “Mille Luci” finish provide precise flame control that is easy to reach and satisfying to use.

The hob draws only 1W of electrical power for ignition. During Lebanon’s power outages, every burner lights manually with a match.
